 In Search of Ghost at Ordsall Hall with TV Star Psychic Carl Mann
Join Mysteria Paranormal Events and TV star psychic Carl Mann as we go ghost hunting at one of the oldest most haunted buildings in Salford, Manchester. Ordsall Hall is a formerly moated Tudor mansion, an impressive Grade I listed building dating back 820 years. Throughout the buildings history it has been used as a family home, a men’s club and church hall, the most important era of the hall however is the connection with the Radclyffe family who resided at the hall for over 300. The Manor house was passed into the hands of the Radclyffe family around 1335. Sir John Radciyffe enlarged the manor house to include a new chapel in 1361. The hall in its day stood on an impressive 80 acres of arable land and six acres of meadow. The Hall is famous for its many spirits, including the infamous white lady. Salford City Council has even installed a Ghost Cam which can be viewed on their 24 hour archive. There have been many suggestions as to whom the White Lady could be; one suggestion was that she was the favourite Maid of Honour to Queen Elizabeth I, Margaret Radclyffe who died in 1599 from a broken heart following the death of her beloved brother. It was said that her love was so strong that she wonders the building night after night for him to return home from battle. Your medium on the night will be Carl Mann TV Star Psychic. Over the years Carl has gained international success with his television, radio and personal appearances across the United Kingdom. Carl has also gained a vast following from numerous ghost hunts.
