Ghostly Liaisons with Psychic Medium Ian Lawman & Leading Paranormal Investigator John Blackburn at Carnfield Hall 

Carnfield Hall is a picturesque half timbered country house dating back to the 15^th century, situated in ancient deer park and woodlands. The house has seen a number of owners over the years who have lovingly reconstructed the building over the centuries; therefore there is a mix of Elizabethan, Jacobean and Victorian architecture.

It is said that buildings with such an historical past absorbs the imprints of energy of living beings especially after moments of high tension or events such as murder or the intense moments of someone’s final intake of breath. Carnfield Hall without question has seen its fair share of murder and violence throughout its fascinating history, therefore leaving behind some uninvited guest...      

One of the present owners of Carnfield Hall had a very strange experience one day when they were cleaning the bedroom floor.  The family dog is normally very laid back, suddenly leapt towards its owner snarling his teeth as if he was going to attack them.  The dog then moved round his

owner as if he was protecting them from something that was standing behind them, suddenly!  The lights in the bedroom started flickering and the sound of crashing furniture could be heard from the room above.  Interestingly the bedroom was witness to the murder of Robert Revell in 1714 who met his untimely end when he was attacked whist in bed by two of his servants.  The room had been blessed a number of years earlier due to extreme paranormal activity.

There are many rooms in the hall that are alive with activity, so much so that it catches your breath as you walk through the doorways. Many secrets from the buildings haunted past are yet to be uncovered.
